5.4 Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

6.1 Welcome Bonus

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings earned from a bonus become eligible for withdrawal only after the bonus amount has been wagered 25 times. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 in wagering to be completed.

6.3 VIP Cashback

f999 VIP members receive weekly cashback. Bronze members receive up to 0.3%, Silver members up to 0.5%, and Gold members up to 0.8% cashback on their weekly net losses. Weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week, which is total losses minus total winnings. Example: a Silver member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives cashback = ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

If a user attempts to exploit the bonus system dishonestly — such as by using multiple accounts or applying coordinated betting strategies — f999 reserves the right to cancel that account's bonuses and permanently close the account.

Game Rules and Fairness

7.1 Game Provider Rules

Each game available on f999 is operated under the rules and conditions of its respective game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution). Rules for each game can be viewed from within the game.

7.2 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a server or network error, f999 reserves the right to void that round or reassess it according to system logs. Winnings displayed as a result of a technical error will not be considered valid winnings.

7.3 Validity of Winnings

The final validity of all winnings is determined by f999's server logs. In the event of any dispute, the server log data shall be considered final.

7.4 Sports Betting

Prohibited Activities

• Exploiting any game software or glitch to gain an advantage
• Using automated software or bots

8.3 General Prohibitions

• Harassing or behaving abusively toward other users
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's systems or security

Account Suspension & Termination

f999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason — particularly in cases of violation of these terms — without prior notice.

9.2 User Rights

A user may voluntarily request to close their account at any time. Before the account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided — subject to meeting any bonus wagering requirements.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there has been no activity for more than 12 months. An administrative charge may be deducted from the balance of an inactive account. The user will be notified in advance by email.
